SHIPPING POLICY

You may choose the UPS shipping method that you prefer. (For example: GROUND, 3 DAY SELECT, 2 DAY, NEXT DAY)

Orders require 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 2 PM (PST) begin processing the next business day. 

All orders placed using P.O. Box addresses will be shipped through USPS only.

Please note, we allow ourselves an additional 5 days to conduct investigation of suspicious purchase. 

DOGMA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.

All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.

All final sale items are marked as such and cannot be returned for store credit.

All sample sale items are final sale.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Dogma reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “ward-robing,” an irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Additionally, Dogma reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above. Non-Dogma items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
